In a bowl add water, yeast and sugar, stir well and keep it aside to rise for 10 mins.

In another bowl mix your flour oil and salt. Add the activated yeast on the flour mixture and make a soft dough. Cover your dough for 2 hrs until the dough doubles in size

Make around 6 equal balls from the raised dough. Flattened each ball and make a small circle (half of a normal chapatti circle)

Cover the pita circle and let them rise for 20 mins.

Heat your heavy pan in a medium flame and roast the pitas each side taking at least 2 mins.

Serve while still hot.
