Dryfruit Sesame Boondhi Ladoo

For making dry fruit powder:: Roast almond,cashew and pista separately for 5-7 min.and then grind it into fine powder keep it aside.

Wash and dry the sesame seeds. Roast sesame seeds and grind it with little amount of jaggery and set it aside

Now In bowl add besan flour and water.mix it into smooth batter.Heat oil in pan.after pour the batter with help of Boondi maker.fry it for 5-10 min in low flame.

In another pan boil water and sugar, cardamom powder.cook well till it reaches thick consistency.after mix the Boondi in it.(take 1/4 cup for grinding)wait for 5 hrs to get smooth sweet boondhi.keep it aside.

In pan heat ghee add almond,cashew and pista.roast it and keep aside Now In bowl add Boondi,grounded sesame seeds with jaggery,dry fruit powder,add little ghee.grounded Boondi,roasted dryfruitd mix well.mix well to make smooth dough.separte it small portion and make it like small balls.sweet healthy yummy dryfruit sesame Boondi ladoo is ready to eat.
