It's made from the leftover khichdi... It's healthy and yummy.
Steps

Put some oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum and saute it, add boiled vegetables and saute it for some more time. now add leftover khichdi and mix it well.
now let it cool.

Scoop out equal size balls out of it, flatten it from hand add cheese cube and again reshape it into a ball.

Mix cornflour with a lil water to prepare a batter, in another bowl mix salt, pepper and bread crumb.

Dip each ball first in cornflour batter, then in bread crumb mixture and let it set for 5 min.

Heat appe pan, add little oil, put your balls in it and cover it, let it bake for 5 mins or till it's golden brown...

Now keep turning it around and bake till all the other side is golden brown.

Take it out.. your aranchini balls are ready to eat...Serve with Kechup
