First wash and wipe vegetables..

Cut length wise or cubes.

Then fry all the vegetables and boiled peas set aside.

Take a nonstick kadai add 1/2 tbsp oil add cumin, bay leaf, red chilli saute add onion+ tomato+ garlic+ ginger+ cashews paste saute for 3-4 minutes then add whole garam masala powder.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt mix well.

Add all fried vegetables mix well.

Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes.
