  1. Rice
  2. Salt
  3. Fresh pepper and tomatoes
  4. Vegetable(ugu)
  5. Salt
  6. Gizzard
  7. Onion
  8. Stock ubes
  9. Curry
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Garlic
  12. Tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the gizzard spice very well.Boil till is soft.Parboil the rice,blend the fresh tomatoes,Fresh pepper,tumeric,Garlic and ginger.boil till all the water drys up.

    Pour in vegstable and stir allow to fry for 20minutes.put curry,Salt,thyme,and water and the parboiled rice.leave it to boil till is done.

  3. 3

    Slice the vegetable rinse very well with salt,then boil with maggi cubes,Onion and salt.
