Ingredients

  1. 100 gramssago / sabudana(soaked for 10-15mins and then extra water should be drained and kept aside for few hours before cooking)
  2. 1 cupGroundnuts (half groundnuts roasted and grounded into powder while rest of them should be coarsely grounded)
  3. 4-5Curry leaves
  4. 4-5Green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1 tspmustard seeds1 tsp zeera

  1. 1

    In pre soaked sago mix salt and groundnut powder.

  2. 2

    For tadka, heat some ghee or oil and add mustard seeds, zeera,curry leaves,coarsely grounded peanuts and green chillies..

  3. 3

    Add sago to this tadka and mix well.. cover with a lid till one steam and served hot garnishing with coriander leaves
