Nut and Peanut Butter Cake

Combine the eggs, vanilla, oil, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend for five minutes.

Sift the flour and dry ingredients, then add the liquid mixture to the flour along with 1 cup of mixed nuts. The mixture may need an additional 1/2 cup of flour.

Grease the pan and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C).

Once baked, remove from the oven and spread peanut butter on top while it's still hot.
