Ingredients

  • 2 cupWheat flour -
  • 1 pinchAjawain -
  • 1 pinchMangrail -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • 1/2 cupOil -
  • as neededWater
  • For filling
  • 1 cupChana ka sattu -
  • 1Very chopped onion -
  • 2-3Finely chopped green chillies -
  • 3-4Finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 inchFinely chopped ginger -
  • 1 tbspLemon juice -
  • 1 pinchAjawain -
  • 1 pinchMangrail -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well and adjust salt and lemon juice according to your taste.

  2. 2

    Mix wheat flour, salt, ajawain and mangrail with the help of water to make a stiff dough.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

  4. 4

    .Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.

  5. 5

    Then roll out the parathas.

  6. 6

    Cook on hot tawa applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.

  7. 7

    Serve with veggies
