Ingredients

1 Loaf

2 CupsSelf raising flour
3 TbspCocoa powder
2Ripe bananas
1Egg (Or you can do 2 Eggs w/o Milk)
1/4 CupMilk
1/2 CupOil OR 8 tbsp margarine melted and cooled
1 cupsugar

Steps

Mix dry ingredients set aside.

Mash the bananas, mix all wet ingredients

Fold in dry ingredients to wet ingredients well.

Pour in alined / greased tin and bake at 180 till well cooked/ skewer comes out clean!

Enjoy with your favorite beverage!
