Ingredients

1:45 minutes

8 servings

1 kgbeef brisket
1carrot (peeled and sliced)
1onion(chopped)
1grern pepper (chopped)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp lemon and herb spice
1/2 tsp barbecue spice
1 tablespoontomato sauce
1 tablespoonWorcester sauce
2 table spoonminestrone soup to thicken

On a medium heat boil meat and add onion and pepper then add spices and cook till it's soft

Add tomato sauce and Worcester sauce and allow it to simmer

Thicken with minestrone soup when well cooked and soft and just about to be served

Served with muffin dumplings and vegetables
