2 cupsBesan
2 tbspSuji
1 cupSugar
6 tbspGhee
as neededDry fruits optional

Steps

1

First take a microwave bowl and heat ghee for 30sec on high
2

Then put Besan and sooji in this bowl mix and heat for 2minutes on high

Stir and mix.

Repeat step 2 for 3-4times but keep on stirring in between till a nice aroma and colour comes.

Then mix sugar and mix properly
6

Make ladoos when cool.
