Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupshreeded capsicum
  • 1/2 cupshreeded cabbage
  • 1/2 cupshreeded frenchbeans
  • 1/2 cupshreeded carrot
  • 1 cupchopped spring onions
  • 7-8 tspchopped garlic
  • 2 cup cornflour
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 2 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 4-5 tspginger-garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all veggies and take out water by squeezing them..Now add little salt &blackpepper and cornflour and make balls.keep little veggies from it aside for gravy..

  2. 2

    Heat oil fry all balls keep aside..Now for gravy we need oil in a pan now add ginger garlic paste,garlic and spring onions stir well..

  3. 3

    Add all veggies and stir don't overcook now add all sauces and water..Now add salt,sugar and mix cornflour with water anf mix in the gravy..

  4. 4

    When it's little thick add balls and cook for 5-8min..Here is it ready..Serve with rice..
