Steps

Add all the ingredients(except egg) in the cooker. Wait for 1 whistle.

Keep in low flame for 15 mins.

Let it cool for sometime. Then grind in mixer.

Now add chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves and egg to the mixture.

Now make shapes as shown and shallow fry till golden brown

Serve the kababs hot with any dip of your choice.
