Mix curd & water keep aside

Take a bowl add all purpose flour, rice flour salt, baking soda, mix well thn add buttermilk

Next add rest Ingridents except oil mix well and keep aside for 30 mins, batter vll b light and fluffy

Heat the oil on medium heat, make into small round bondas & put into the oil, cook on medium flame, if the oil is very hot thn bondas will not cook through & will not become crispy

Remove once it is golden brown colour. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
