Cut all the vegetables. Eggplant, gourd and potato cut into square shape. Cauliflower cuts into big size.

In the kadai/pan heat oil and add kalonji. Then add all the vegetables and saute them well.

Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix them well.

Now cover the kadai with lid and cook on medium flame. Don't need to add water. Water will be coming out from the vegetables. They will be soft from that water.

Open the lid and stir them often so that lower portion should not burn.

When the vegetables are soft and sugar. Check the salt and add finely chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the gas when all water is evaporated. Serve it with rice/roti.
