Chicken meatballs

These meatballs were my own version when I was trying out the Banting lifestyle. They are yummy and there is no breadcrumbs in the recipe. So it's excellent for the carb conscious! 😀

These meatballs were my own version when I was trying out the Banting lifestyle. They are yummy and there is no breadcrumbs in the recipe. So it's excellent for the carb conscious! 😀
Steps

Place the chicken breast in a food processer and make sure it is finely procesed

Put the ground chicken in a bowl
add all the other ingridients and mix it all up with your hands - 3
Once everything is mixed together roll the mixture into balls that fill your hand. otherwise your preffered size (NOTE: any other size will require dfferent cooking times.)
Cooking - 4
Heat cooking oil (coconut or olive) on medium high. this is to seal the meatballs so that they can also hold shape and to brown them.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Back to the frying pan. add the meatballs to the hot oil make sure you turn them regularly so that they can have a beautiful brown colour.

When meatballs are done sealing put them in a baking dish, pop into the oven for 30 minutes.

Ready to eat. Serve with any kind of vegetables you like.
