Knead together Maida, urad dal powder and baking powder with a tbspn of oil salt and water into a smooth dough. Keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Brew the sattoo with hing,chopped green chillies, salt and sugar into fine crumbs.Set aside.

Slice into fine circular shape the tomato and cucumber and chop the coriander leaves. Beat the curd with sugar.Set all these ingredients aside.

Take out the Maida dough of the refrigerator and make small handballs of it.

Roll out the balls in flat circular shape on a.rolling board and fill them each with sattoo crumbs.Fold the sides and press to make the ball flat between palms.

Deep fry the kachoris golden brown.

Arrange on an oval container -first lay the kachoris on the plate and put up the beaten curd on them.Then put on the top tomato and cucumber slices and green chillies. Put coriander leaves on top and sprinkle chat masala all over.Serve thereafter.
