Boil small potatoes in water with little salt in cooker.Peel when warm.Keep them refrigerate for 5mins..So we can get clean halves.

As potatoes are being cook.. Prepare Spicy LASUN (Garlic) Chutney..by grinding all ingredients in Mixer.If needed add 1-2tsp water.

Make batter for wadas.. combine besan, turmeric powder and salt..add water.to make medium constitency paste.

Cut small potatoes into halves..spread thick layer of SPICY LASUN (Garlic) Chutney..on smooth side of potato..cover with other half.Prepare Similarly all potatoes Sandwiched with Spicy LASUN (Garlic)Chutney

Heat the oil..for frying. Add a pinch of soda bi carb in besan batter..mix well.With help of thin bamboo sticks..dip Prepared potatoes..one by one in..in hot oil.

Deep fry all LASUN CHUTNEY WADA till golden brown.

Serve & relish lasun chutney wada as monsoon delights.
