Brinjal pakodas

First cut brinjal in round and long shape.

Take bowl and add Besan and rice flour and mix well all masala, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves and add some water and make smooth batter.

Then add chopped brinjal and marinate it.

Now heat oil and fry marinated brinjal pieces.

Brinjal pakoda ready. Serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
