Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall purpose
  • 50 gdessicated coconut
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonbicarbonate soda
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupcoconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cupsmaziwa lala
  • 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. 2

    Mix the others in a large cup

  3. 3

    Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour the mixed liquid gradually while whisking..

  4. 4

    Mix till you get desired thickness... If not you can add water

    In a pan grease with oil and pour in the mixture... Under low heat to prevent burning...

    Don't flip till you see bubbles then cook the other side
