Ingredients

  • 1capsicum chopped in big cubes
  • 1carrot chopped in big cubes
  • 5-6boiled babycorn chopped in big long slices
  • 1onion chopped in big cubes
  • Few chopped spring onions
  • 3 tbspcornflour
  • 6 tbspmaida
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tbspbaking soda
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspchilli sauce
  • 2 tbspSchezwan chutney
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4 cloveschopped garlic
  • 1/2small ginger chopped
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

    Cut veggies as per ur like and keep it aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix maida, cornflour salt soya sauce 1 tsp, chilli sauce 1 tsp, baking powder, baking soda, salt to taste, little water to make the paste... Keep the paste thick... So that it combines with all the veggies...

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok for deep frying the veggies... Put one by one veggie in batter thn deep fry it

  4. 4

    After frying it till golden brown from both the sides.. keep it aside...

  5. 5

    In a kadhai put 1 tbsp oil, chopped garlic and ginger, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney, and put fried veggies in it, thn put spring onions... And fry jus for 2 mins and it's ready... Garnish it with some spring onions if u want...

  6. 6

    Njoy Hot and Crispy veggies in monsoon...
