2 packetSpinach noodles
2 cupcarrot,french beans, capsicum & onions chopped
1 tspgarlic and green chilli paste
1 tbspsoya sauce
1 tbsp Ching's chowmein masala
salt to taste
white oil as required
2eggs

Boil the noodles with salt and white oil

Drain the water and keep aside

In a yok... Add white oil.. Fry the veggies with salt
4

Add garlic chilli paste

Add the boiled noodles

Mix well

When done add the ching's masala with soya sauce

Toss and mix well

Garnish with scrambled egg and tomato chilli sauce
10

Serve hot
