Cut veggies as per ur like and keep it aside

In a bowl mix maida, cornflour salt soya sauce 1 tsp, chilli sauce 1 tsp, baking powder, baking soda, salt to taste, little water to make the paste... Keep the paste thick... So that it combines with all the veggies...

Heat oil in a wok for deep frying the veggies... Put one by one veggie in batter thn deep fry it

After frying it till golden brown from both the sides.. keep it aside...

In a kadhai put 1 tbsp oil, chopped garlic and ginger, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney, and put fried veggies in it, thn put spring onions... And fry jus for 2 mins and it's ready... Garnish it with some spring onions if u want...
