1 cupgram flour
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed pepper powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspFennal seeds
1 tbspCoriander leaves
3-4chopped green chilli
2chopped onion
as neededOil
1/2 tspchat masala
1grated Ginger
2 pinchasafoetida

Mix all ingredients expect oil

Make a thick batter with help of water

After 20 -25 min deep fry crispy fritters
4

Serve with fried green chilli onion and tomato sauce or green chutney
