This is a healthy breakfast. Spinach is good for our health. And it is made on nonstick tawa so very less oil is used in cooking this yummy chilla.

Mix besan, sooji, rice flour, salt and curd in a bowl. Mix properly. No lumps should be there. Add water to adjust consistency. It should not be thick or too watery. Keep aside for 10 min.

Now add chopped spinach, onion and green chillies in the batter. Add turmeric powder. Mix properly.

Heat a non stick tawa. Grease it with oil. Now pour 1 ladle of batter on tawa. Cook on medium flame. Flip over. Pour 1 tsp oil. Cook.

Your yummy healthy Spinach Chilla is ready.

Enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
