Traditional barfi waali Punjabi malai lassi
Steps

Take an earthen pot if possible else a jug. Add curd whisk with mathani only. Don't use electric blender.

After curd smothen add barfi pieces crushed. Whisk more.

After 2-3min add sugar and continue whisk till it becomes smooth and lumps free

It takes 20min approx

Serve in a glass by pouring first lassi then Malai of curd then elaichi powder and then chopped nuts
