Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 BowlCurd thick Malai wali
  • 2 tablespoonsCurd ki Malai separate ki huyi
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • 4-5 piecesKaju Katli ya simple Barfi
  • 1/4 teaspoonElaichi powder
  • 2 tablespoonsChopped nuts
  • as neededIce cubes

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Take an earthen pot if possible else a jug. Add curd whisk with mathani only. Don't use electric blender.

  2. 2

    After curd smothen add barfi pieces crushed. Whisk more.

  3. 3

    After 2-3min add sugar and continue whisk till it becomes smooth and lumps free

  4. 4

    It takes 20min approx

  5. 5

    Serve in a glass by pouring first lassi then Malai of curd then elaichi powder and then chopped nuts
