Ingredients

25 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2ridged gourd sliced
  2. 2large Potatoes cut into cubes
  3. 3 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute onion slices well

  2. 2

    Add gourd sliced and saute well till the moisture dries up

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it till it become soft

  5. 5

    Add poppy seeds paste and sugar mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with a dash of raw mustard oil
