Season the ground lamb with spices and salt. Add a little extra salt since you won't be adding salt to the eggplant.

Shape the seasoned lamb into small patties. Thread the patties and eggplant slices alternately onto skewers until all ingredients are used.

Grill over charcoal until cooked through. Serve hot with appetizers and strained yogurt. Enjoy!
