I love making bread so I made this one up, Mmmm yummy... you can add chopped bacon.
Steps

Put all the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix well. Pour in water, a little at a time and mix well. Keep kneading for about 10-15 minutes into a nice firm dough but mustn't be hard. Cover with a plastic bag and place in a warm place to rise.

Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin making a rectangular shape. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle all over with crushed garlic, then cheese followed by the tomatoes. Roll long sides of the rectangle to the other end to form a long sausage-like shape.

Cut into thick slices and place either in a round or square shaped greased baking dish. Start by placing the slice in the middle, followed by remaining slices around it. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes. Brush with lightly beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for 30-40 minutes, till well risen and golden brown on top.
