  • 1big ripe sweet mango
  • 1/2 cupgrated khoya
  • to tasteSugar according
  • 6-7 pieceskishmish,Almonds
  • 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  • 6-7cherries

  1. 1

    Put grated khoya, powdered sugar,almonds crushed,kishmish & cardamom powder in a bowl. Mix it well and make a smooth mixture

  2. 2

    Peel the skin of mango and cut the mango into thin slices

    Take one slice of mango and spread the khoya mixture over the mango slice.

    Roll the mango into cylinder and sealed the ends.

    Insert a tooth pick to seal the end tightly.7.Garnish with cherries
