Ingredients

  • 50 gdry glass noodle
  • 1cucumber
  • 40 gham
  • 1egg
  • ☆50 ml soy sauce
  • ☆30 ml vinegar
  • ☆15 ml sesami oil
  • ☆20 g sugar
  • ☆15 ml water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil glass noodle for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make a thin omelette and cut into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Cut cucumbers and hams into small pieces and add them to the glass noodle.

  4. 4

    Mix ☆ seasonings all together and pour it on the glass noodle.

  5. 5

    Stay it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Buon appetito!
