Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3/4 cupcaster sugar
  • 1 cupbutter

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar together

  2. 2

    Mix in flour

  3. 3

    Place the mixture in a ziplock bag or cover with a cling film and place it in the fridge for about an hour

  4. 4

    Roll mixture slightly and shape it as you desire

  5. 5

    Bake at gas mark 5 for about 30 mins
