Ingredients

1 cupsweet trahana
1little tomato sauce
1chicken fillet in pieces
1little oil
salt
pepper
1chicken stock cube

Steps

Boil the chicken in salted water with the pepper and half the stock cube.

Keep the stock after you finish boiling and sauté the chicken for a while in the oil and the sauce in another pot.

Then, add the stock, the trahana, the rest of the stock cube and a little extra salt and pepper.

Turn down the heat and let it boil for about 40 minutes.
