Most of us do like aamras whether it is served as dessert or with hot puris. Aamras is made of mango pulp with little jaggery, freshly crashed dry ginger powder and black pepper powder which helps in digestion as well as enhances the taste of Aamras.

Steps

Clean and soften the mango by squeezing gently. Take out all the flash from mango stone.

Add jaggery adjusting the sweetness of mango dry ginger powder black pepper powder and A Pinch of salt in the blender.

Just spurt the mixture Blender don't do too much.
- 4
Serve immediately with hot puri or you can Chill and serve as dessert.
