Ingredients

  1. 4-5Sweet corns
  2. 1 tspIndian chaat masala
  3. 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspPaprika powder
  5. 1Lime cut into small wedges
  6. To tasteSalt

Steps

    In a small bowl, mix together the chaat masala, chilli powder, paprika, & salt. Keep this aside. Remove the corn husk and strings from the corn. Roast the corn on the heated grill, turning it on all sides occasionally so that the corn gets roasted evenly.

  2. 2

    Once the corns are all ready, take a lemon wedge, dip it in the prepared spice mix, and rub it on the hot corn. Sprinkle a little lemon juice if desired. Repeat the same process for the remaining corns. Enjoy the hot tangy corns with a medley of spices!
