Ingredients

8 minutes
6 servings
  • 3 slicesBread
  • 1/2 cupPuree of ripe mango
  • 1 tbsp or as per tasteSugar
  • 1/2 cupMawa grated
  • as neededAlmond/pista slivers for garnish

Steps

8 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut bread slices in 4 parts across and deep fry until crisp and gold from both sides

  2. 2

    Heat a pan and pour mango purée and sugar, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes, stir continuously.

  3. 3

    Take half part of this mix out and keep aside. Mix grated mawa in rest half And cook for 3 minutes more stir continuously

  4. 4

    Take rest half of this mixture apply on bread pieces.

  5. 5

    Over it now spread mawa mango mix.

  6. 6

    Garnish with almond slivers.
