Ingredients

  1. 4-6 CupsFresh Spinach
  2. 3 CupsFlour
  3. 3 TspBaking Powder
  4. 1 TspSalt
  5. 1 CupWarm Water
  6. Extra Warm Water If Dough Is Dry

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautée spinach in olive oil and salt, let cool.

  2. 2

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

  3. 3

    Add warm water and spinach.

  4. 4

    Knead together and break up into balls, fry in olive oil until lightly golden crust begins.

  5. 5

    Let set and enjoy!!!
