Ingredients

Serves 6 servin
  • 1 kgplain yogurt
  • 3medium cucumbers peeled and grated
  • 1 clovegarlic crushed
  • 2 tspdried mint
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • Pinchsalt
  • Fresh mint leaves and cucumbers for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Strain yogurt (using a clean cotton cloth) for 3 hours to get rid of excess water (optional)

  2. 2

    Add cucumbers, Garlic, dried mint and salt. Mix well

  3. 3

    Put in a serving plate.

  4. 4

    Decorate with fresh mint and minced cucumbers

  5. 5

    Add Olive oil

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Serve cold
