Yogurt cucumber salad

Cooking Instructions

Strain yogurt (using a clean cotton cloth) for 3 hours to get rid of excess water (optional)

Add cucumbers, Garlic, dried mint and salt. Mix well

Put in a serving plate.

Decorate with fresh mint and minced cucumbers
- 5
Add Olive oil
- 6
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Serve cold

I tried mixing the fruit used in the recipe for Mixed Fruit Cream Sandwicheswith drained yogurt, and the result was a rich and flavorful fruit salad.Use whatever fruit you like, in whatever amount you prefer.
