First take wheat flour, rava,salt as required, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, carom seeds, 2 tbsp of oil in a large mixing bowl.

Mix it well and knead a soft and smooth dough, spread little oil on the upper surface of dough,cover it with a samp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, divide the dough in small equal portions.

Take a small loi,roll it like a puri. The puri should not be very thin nor very thick.

Heat oil in a kadhai, drop the puri gently in it, fry the puri on medium-high flame and then take it out and serve it.
