Ingredients

  • Left over chicken
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1carrot
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan fry the onion till brown

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and cook till tender and rushy

  3. 3

    Add the carrots and fry till tender

  4. 4

    Add the tomato sauce for flavour stir in the chicken and serve

  5. 5

    This chicken sandwich can also be eaten cold
