Ingredients

  • 3 canstomatoes (fire roasted preferred)
  • 3-4fresh jalapeños (you can sub canned)
  • 2 tbspred pepper
  • 1/3 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cupmazzola oil
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1small yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 4 tspsalt

    Simmer all ingredients in pan for ten minutes.

    Pour into jars.
