24 ozcottage cheese
2 cupsflour
4eggs
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspbaking soda
1onion
1 pintwhipping cream
butter

Mix cottage cheese, flour, eggs, salt, and baking soda.

Place spoonfuls of mixture on greased cookie sheet. Bake dumplings at 350°F for 15-20 min.

Sautee onion in butter.

Place dumplings in large pan and then add onions and cream on top.

Bake at 350°F for an additional 20 min.
