Add flour, baking powder, salt, and slowly mix in water.

Add an additional 1 cup of water and butter to skillet at 350°F.

Roll flour mixture into long narrow dumplings and place in skillet.

Cook dumplings until browned on each side and then add the cream. Cook an additional 5 min.
