Ingredients

  • Deboned diced cowleg
  • Pinchpotash
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • leavesUtazi
  • Onions
  • Dry pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the cowleg with little salt until it is very tender and with some little thick stock left

  2. 2

    Add the crayfish and pepper seasoning and stir

  3. 3

    Add the palm oil and potash

  4. 4

    Stir well and taste for seasoning

  5. 5

    Allow to cook for 1-2minutes

  6. 6

    Then pour in the sliced utazi leaves and sliced onions and stir

  7. 7

    Set down from fire and serve
