Stuffed Grape Leaves with Olive Oil (Warak Enab Bil Zeit)

Steps
- 1
Prepare the filling: Chop the tomatoes and onion, then mix them with the rice.
- 2
Add the chopped parsley and mint. Squeeze in lemon juice, then add salt, hot pepper, sumac, and olive oil.
- 3
Mix all the ingredients together and taste to see if you want to add more lemon juice or any other ingredient.
- 4
Prepare the grape leaves. Place a little filling in each leaf and roll them up until all the filling is used.
- 5
Slice the potato into rounds and place them on the bottom of a pot. Arrange the stuffed grape leaves on top.
- 6
Add a little water with a pinch of salt and hot pepper. Place a plate on top of the grape leaves to keep them in place, then cook over the stove.
- 7
Enjoy!
