Lip smacking bread made with ice-cream

Preheat oven to 180 and grease loaf pan

Sieve baking powder and flour. Keep it aside

Let ice-cream melt naturally. Add the melted Ice-cream to the dry ingredients and mix well. I have added little rainbow sprinklers for the additional colour. You can add sprinklers or chocolate chip etc or skip it. If you have added it then mix until well combined

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until done. Toothpick inserted into the centre should be clean

Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould from the pan. Now allow to cool completely. Cut and serve with jams or Nutella etc
