Steps

Wash and cut all vegetable to small pieces.

In a pan boil tomatoes with whole red chillies and cook it for 10 minutes. Cool it and grind into puree.

In a pan add 1tsp oil and stir fry few pieces of garlic and 1 tbsp onion.

Add tomato chillies puree to the pan and cook it until done.

Add tomato sauce to the chutney if required.

Add 1tsp oil and salt to the flour. Knead it with water. Rest the flour for an hour.

In a pan add 1 tsp oil and saute garlic and onion. After 3 minutes add carrot and stir fry. Add 1 cup or required water to it. Add Maggie masala and boil it for a minute. Now add Maggie noodles and cook it until done. Once cooked add soya and chilli sauce to it. Cool the noodles.

Make small roti out of flour and add cooked noodle mixture to it.

Make packet type momos out of it.

Steam momos for 15 minutes only. Fry the round momos in kachori style.

Serve it with tomato chutney..
