Steps

Take some water and add some Oil and salt

Bring it to boil and add Noodles

Cook for 6 to 8 minutes

Drain in cold water and apply some oil

Keep the Noodles aside for later use

Now for Chicken stock - in a pan take some water

Add chicken bones, salt, pepper Corns, Sliced onions, 4 Garlic cloves & Coriander stems to the water

Bring it to a boil and cook on low flame for an hour

After one hour strain the Chicken stock

Now in a pan take oil

Add Chopped Garlic and Sliced onions

Add Chopped Chillies, Sliced mushrooms & stir this well

Add Sliced Chicken and stir on vary high flame

Add some salt and pepper

Once Chicken is cooked remove this from pan

Now arrange the Noodles in a bowl

Add stir fried chicken, veggies & Sliced Tomatoes on top

Pour in the hot Chicken stock

Sprinkle Chopped Coriander Leaves on top

Season with vinegar and Soya sauce - serve piping hot Enjoy
