Cut paneer in cube pieces. You can choose to cut thin and small paneer slices.

Heat oil in a pan and slightly toast paneer slices. Set it aside. In the same pan add little oil after this add.

Then add onion, garlic clove,ginger,almond, cardamoms, black pepper, long and green chilli saute it 2 min.

Add tomato and fry it 5 min again.

Add salt, kalonji fry 1 mun more and set aside and cool.then take a jar and make a smooth paste

Paste is ready.

In the same pan take butter add dry red chilli,tej patta. Fry it few sec.

Then add paste fry it 5 min.

Add masala like turmeric, coriander, garam masala and cumin powder mix it well for 5 min more.sprinkle some water.

Add fresh cream mix it well.

Add paneer cube and little water cook for 5 min more then paneer pasanda is ready to serve.

I take the same masala in other kadhai and add them boil spinach gravy. And make you also add fry paneer in it and make palak paneer.
